I am a health loving, God fearing mama and speech therapist on a mission to “speak life” and empower people to take control of their health and wellness in manageable and future changing ways. I love educating people on simple habits that can improve their health and lives. As a practicing clinically certified speech language pathologist, I incorporate a holistic approach when treating clients and working with their families.
